Job summary

Dealer Services Network in Marietta, GA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Employee for a full-time on-site role. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, safe workspace.

Training for forklift and pallet jack operation is provided. A valid driver’s license may be required for certain tasks and MVR checks could be performed.

Qualifications

• Requires proven warehouse experience.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physical environment.
• Valid driver’s license with potential MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move and process incoming stock, materials and shipments.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone works together to get the job done.In this role, you will assist with a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving inventory. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to a productive and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move and process incoming stock, materials and shipments
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders
• Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Load and unload trucks, move and stack materials
• Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
• Use common warehouse management software
• Operating Forklifts and/or Pallet Jacks. Will provide Complete training for operation of Forklifts and or Pallet Jacks if necessary. Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
• Shrink Wrap and Bag all pallets - All pallets will be Shrink-wrapped and covered with a pallet covers to prevent any potential water damage, prior to being placed in their final storage.
• Tape boxes - All boxes need to be secured with Security Tape to prevent tampering with contents.
• Inventory Management - Inputting boxes of Dealership Files into tracking system.
• Boxing up the files in preparation to be transferred out to the floor for prep and scan.
• Clean Warehouse - Making sure boxes are in their place, floor is clean, and all garbage is picked up and brought out. Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Employee
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and the company may run an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) Which may be needed to validate a good driving record.

Required Experience

• Forklift and warehouse or similar environment: at least 1 year
