Job Description

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate I receives, unpacks, checks, and stores warehouse materials. Responsibilities include picking, packing, crate, and shipping products to fulfill orders. The role may involve light assembly work, operating power equipment, and performing various tasks under supervision.

Perform quality checks as needed, record results, and communicate any issues such as quality problems, part shortages, or machine breakdowns to the lead or supervisor.

Key Accountabilities

1. Off-loading trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
2. Verifying the quality, type, and quantity of received materials.
3. Breaking down freight and transferring products to consolidated put-away locations.
4. Picking products for orders and loading them onto pallets.
5. Packaging outbound shipments, including wrapping, strapping, or boxing products.
6. Manifesting UPS shipments and creating bills of lading for truck carriers.
7. Attaching identifying tags to products or shipments.
8. Fulfilling safety responsibilities.
9. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
