Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support inventory and order fulfillment at our Kansas City facility. You will pull, scan, package, and stage parts while helping maintain accurate stock levels and a safe, productive environment.

This role offers multiple shifts, competitive pay, and a $1,000 retention bonus for joining the team. Training on warehouse equipment is provided to ensure safe operation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs on a routine basis.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending for long periods.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet where required.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, with strong work ethic.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Forklift or PIT experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers (training provided).
• Ensure accurate parts and quantities at every step.

• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and follow safety protocols.

As a Warehouse Worker at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment - keeping our supply chain running strong. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery


• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations


• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently


• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)


• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step


• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success


• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols


• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
