Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will pull parts, scan and package orders, stock inventory, and operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided). This role offers competitive pay ($18/hour with a $2 shift differential after 5pm), a 9:30am–6pm schedule, and a $1,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for entire shift.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).

• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Compensation: $18.00/hour ( $2.00 shift differential after 5:00pm )
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (or until job completion).

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery

Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently

Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)

Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success

Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols

Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
