Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Receiving in Kansas City, KS. You will accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders, receive shipments, and stock inventory for shipment.

This active role involves operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided). It offers multiple shifts, competitive pay, and incentives including a $1,000 retention bonus and Employee of the Month awards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift products up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders all day.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy at every step.
• Communicate with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow.
• Keep a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
• Perform other tasks as assigned based on daily needs.

Warehouse Associate - Receiving

Location: Kansas City, KS Compensation: $18.50/hour

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
