Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) in Eastvale, CA, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment. You will operate warehouse equipment, support daily distribution activities, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This role offers up to $18.00/hour starting pay with a $2 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work on heights up to 30 feet.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Product Handling: pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Inbound Processing: receive shipments and stock inventory.
• Loading & Unloading: stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely.
• Equipment Operation: use pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
• Inventory Accuracy: ensure correct parts and quantities are handled.
• Team Collaboration: communicate with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow.
• Clean & Safe Workplace: maintain cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Flexibility: perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Compensation: $18.00/hour with a $2 shift differential
Schedule: Saturday 8am-4:30pm / Sunday **** 12:30pm- off / Mon-Wed- 2:30pm-off

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
