SLUMBERLAND INC is hiring Warehouse Workers with Forklift Operations in Wisconsin. Pay starts at $17 per hour with a quarterly bonus of $500-$750 if team metrics are met. Mon-Fri day shifts, on-site in Baraboo.

You will move, store and distribute merchandise, operate forklifts, and use the POS system to manage orders and inventory. Essential duties include receiving and unloading shipments, packing and wrapping, training others, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math.
• Knowledge of tools and hardware components and product assembly.
• A valid driver\'s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Move and condense merchandise within locations to maximize space efficiency.
• Move merchandise to and from show floor; display or rewrap for storage, delivery, customer pickup or shipment.
• Use POS system to manage flow and ensure order accuracy and correct system records.
• Incoming: unload, identify, inspect, tag, and receive. Outgoing: unpack, inspect, assemble and wrap for delivery or shipment.
• Training: lead by example and provide some training to other employees.
• Adheres to safety policies and practices and maintains a safe, organized facility.
• All other duties as directed by supervisor including working a different schedule or location.

Hiring Immediately for Warehouse Workers with Forklift Operations -

Mon-Fri Day Shifts Primary Objective & Scope of Position: This position

is responsible for performing duties associated with merchandise

movement: storing, moving, and distributing product using provided

equipment. Lead by example and provide some training to other employees.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities: Merchandise Movement Move and

condense merchandise within locations to ensure space efficiency. Move

merchandise to and from show floor; display or rewrap for storage,

delivery, customer pickup or shipment. Use point of sale (POS) system to

manage flow. Ensure accuracy on customer orders and system records

Incoming: unload, identify, inspect, tag, and receive. Outgoing: unpack,

inspect, assemble and wrap to ensure unblemished arrival. Training: Lead

by example. Provide some training to other employees. Customer Service:

Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, vendors. Ensure

inventory accuracy by resolving discrepancies; keep management informed

on inventory. Other: Lean practices. All other duties as directed by

supervisor including working a different schedule or in a different

location. Grounds and building maintenance; lighting assistance. Safety:

Adheres to safety policies and practices and consistently models safe

behaviors and risk reduction procedures. Avoid damage to

equipment/merchandise through proper handling, operating, and

maintenance of equipment. Follow pre-established guidelines and

manufacturers specifications. Maintain a safe, organized facility. Abide

by company rules and expectations. IND456 High school diploma or GED (or
