Job summary

Springs Window Fashions in Edison, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. You will pick orders, load/unload trucks, print labels, and perform cycle counts using lift equipment.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work overtime. Training on FRN system and forklift operation may be required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• May be required to have Fork Lift driver's license and training.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in accordance with the order form specifications, using lift or order picker.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Print labels and inventory tickets.
• Initiate cycle count requests when inventory variances are detected.
• Band/Wrap skids for delivery.
• Complete import/export paperwork as necessary.
• Clean assigned areas; recycle as appropriate.
• Perform daily maintenance on warehouse equipment (maintain, charge, clean batteries).
• Operate straight lift/order picker/reach lift.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
