Job summary

Olympia Moving & Storage is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Watertown, MA. This full-time role involves loading/unloading shipments, maintaining inventory, and keeping a safe, organized workspace. Training for forklift operation will be provided as part of onboarding.

You’ll be on your feet 6–10 hours daily with potential overtime and a Monday–Friday schedule, plus every other Saturday. Competitive pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus a $1,800 sign-on bonus and benefits.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to branch location.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background investigation.
• Ability to lift 50–75+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments for third parties.
• Complete warehouse forms to track customer storage.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Assist customers with vault access per procedures and safety rules.
• Support shipping/receiving and cover for managers when needed.
