• Keep an equipment checklist and perform preventative maintenance of equipment.

Summary:

The Warehouse Worker (Forklift) Operator will be responsible for unloading inbound containers, performing quality control checks on received products, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. Additional duties include reviewing shipping orders, picking products for orders, ensuring accuracy in shipping documentation, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean work environment. The role involves approximately 80% forklift operation and 20% manual labor.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Compensation:

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20 to $23 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of Warehouse experience.
• One (1) year of experience operating a Forklift.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
