Job description

Currently hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver / Warehouse to deliver and unload finished products, parts, and materials to our customer locations. Assist in the warehouse as needed to receive, store, and distribute inventory.

Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.
2. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
3. Provide excellent customer service, as our drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers.
4. Read, write, and understand English, as well as use navigation software.
5. Work shift schedules that vary from 5:30 am to 7:00 am start times.
6. Assist in the warehouse approximately 20% of the time.
7. Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

1. Minimum of 18 years of age.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience with vehicles weighing 10,001-26,000 lbs.
4. Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
5. Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as assigned.
6. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

Sixty percent (60%) of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remaining work activities are performed outdoors.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload products. Capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing to perform daily work and ladder climbing as needed.
