Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, including entering orders, answering questions, and selling parts with friendly customer service skills.
• Pull, package, and ship orders accurately and cost-effectively.
• Organize stock and maintain locations on the computer.
• Drive company-owned trucks and deliver orders to customers.
• Load and unload truck deliveries.

Requirements

• One to three years of warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience.
• Driving/delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive in the five boroughs of New York City.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or the plumbing industry is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain cooperative relationships.
• Reliable and effective communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and professional demeanor.
