Job summary

Capitol Group Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of products and maintain an organized warehouse. This role requires an IL Class C license with a clean driving record.

You will operate company vehicles, load/unload, and manage inventory while following safety protocols. The position is full-time with benefits, Monday–Friday, no night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid IL Class C driver's license with DOT medical card is required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Load and unload product.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure timely restocking of goods.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.

Pay Scale

Class A/B/C License = $23.0 per hour

Monthly Bonus opportunity of up to $700 for all Warehouse Drivers
