Capitol Group is a local, customer-focused distributor serving Illinois and Missouri since 1946. We are seeking a reliable IL Class C or MO Class E Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to join our team in Quincy. You will ensure safe and timely delivery and maintain an organized warehouse.

The role operates Monday–Friday with no night or weekend work and offers a competitive pay rate plus up to a $700 monthly bonus for drivers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid IL Class C or MO Class E driver's license with DOT medical card and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a reliable and experienced IL Class C or MO Class E Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers, as well as, maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload product
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure timely restocking of goods
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections

Requirements:

• Valid IL Class C or MO Class E driver's license with DOT medical card and clean driving record

Pay Scale:

• Class A/B/C/E License = $23.40 per hour
• Up to $700 monthly bonus opportunity for all Warehouse Drivers
