Capitol Group Inc. is seeking a reliable IL Class C or MO Class E Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to join our team in Illinois/Missouri. The role focuses on safe, timely delivery and keeping an organized warehouse for a family-owned distributor established since 1946.

The position operates Monday-Friday with no night or weekend work, offering full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and a 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Valid IL Class C or MO Class E driver's license with DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.

If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a reliable and experienced IL Class C or MO Class E Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers, as well as, maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure timely restocking of goods
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections

Requirements

• Valid IL Class C or MO Class E driver's license with DOT medical card and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Scale

Class A/B/C/E License = $23.40 per hour

Up to $700 monthly bonus opportunity for all Warehouse Drivers
