We are hiring for 7am shift until close.

Hourly Rate: $17.50

Warehouse experience required and must be able to speak/read English.

Overview:

Responsible for selecting products from inventory, assembling, packing, and transporting to staging areas for shipment. Must work in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse, maintaining productivity standards and safety.

1. Follow pick path, select, label, and stage products on pallets.
2. Load and unload deliveries.
3. Record item information in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
4. Maintain accurate records of shortages and report to supervisor.
5. Stack products properly on pallets to prevent damage.
6. Deliver pallets to designated areas and secure with shrink wrap.
7. Work with supervisors to minimize product loss and control inventory.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and aisles.
9. Report unsafe conditions immediately.
10. Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain it.
11. Use warehouse computers and equipment responsibly.
12. Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
13. Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No supervisory experience needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse experience preferred.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems with common sense.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Material handling certification or ability to obtain one.

Physical Requirements:

• Must frequently lift/move 50-60 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs, and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching, and climbing.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving equipment, cold environments, and loud noises.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, with varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
