Job Details

Shift details | Full Time | Day Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00am until finish

Pay Rate | $21.00/hr

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. General responsibilities include receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, inspect for discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders and returns into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and restock merchandise.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, and replenishment in secure environments.
11. Operate forklifts and other motorized equipment to move inventory.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow with minimal guidance.
5. Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and hygiene.
6. Good judgment to follow detailed instructions.
7. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
8. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
9. Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Certification to operate power equipment (reach trucks, forklifts, etc.) and compliance with safety standards.
11. Hazmat training certification may be required.
12. Maintain good attendance standards.
13. Ability to train and assist colleagues as needed.
