Florida Tile, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Logistics Associate in Dallas to manage inventory, receipts, shipments, and related duties. You will pull orders, verify shipment accuracy, and operate a forklift while maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications include at least two years in inventory handling, basic math and computer literacy, and strong communication skills. English, with Spanish preferred, and a valid driver’s license are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of inventory handling and experience.
• Ability to perform and understand basic math and written procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to speak both English & Spanish preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules with little supervision.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsabilités

• Accurately prepare orders by pulling material from stock.
• Participates in the shipping of company goods to various customers.
• Verifies accuracy of shipments.
• Processes paperwork and signatures of shipments.
• Operates forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Pulls orders via pick ticket and handles pick ticket process.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and preparing for transport.
• Participates in physical inventory for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying gains/losses.
• Cleans warehouse for the purpose of safe and sanitary workplace.
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
• Utilizes computer based inventory, tracking, shipping, and ordering systems.
• Serve as a backup driver for the delivery truck.
• Other duties as assigned
