Job summary

Florida Tile, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipping with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include pulling stock, loading/unloading trucks, and participating in physical counts. A valid driver's license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required or preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of inventory handling experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/write procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• English and Spanish language skills preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Flooring or tile industry experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy of shipments.
• Processes paperwork and signatures of shipments.
• Operates forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Pulls orders via pick ticket and handles pick ticket process.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks for receiving stock and preparing for transport.
• Participates in physical inventory to verify stock and identify gains/losses.
• Cleans warehouse for a safe and sanitary workplace.
• Performs other duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Utilizes computer-based inventory, tracking, shipping, and ordering systems.
• Serve as a backup driver for the delivery truck.

SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of inventory handling and experience.
• Ability to perform and understand basic math and written procedures.
