Job summary

Florida Tile seeks an Inventory Handler to manage all inventory functions including receipt and shipment of goods, and related duties. The role requires accuracy, basic math, and reliable computer use.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, operating a forklift, verifying shipments, and maintaining safe warehouse conditions. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of inventory handling and experience.
• Ability to perform and understand basic math and written procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to speak both English & Spanish preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules with little supervision.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Flooring or tile industry experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED.

• Loads and unloads delivery trucks for receiving stock and preparing for transport.
• Participates in physical inventory for verifying stock and identifying gains/losses.
• Cleans warehouse for a safe and sanitary workplace.
• Performs other related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
• Utilizes computer-based inventory, tracking, shipping, and ordering systems.
• Serve as a backup driver for the delivery truck.
• Other duties as assigned
