Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Shippensburg, PA is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety conscious and outgoing team. This role offers a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package while providing opportunities to grow within the organization.

Work schedule is full time, Monday to Thursday 4:00PM-2:00AM. You will load/unload trailers, stage products, and operate a Stand Up Clamp Truck in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Complete Penske employment application and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Stand Up Clamp Truck.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas.
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Complete daily logs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Assemble product containers and crates using hand tools and precut lumber.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
