Job Description: Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks necessary for receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery, ensuring the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment for internal and external customers.

Tasks include:

• Using pick systems to select large case items with material handling equipment or small units of measure for placement on carts
• Palletizing large items for shipment
• Packing small items into boxes
• Driving material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders
• Cross-training in inbound and outbound warehouse areas

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for entire shifts
• Capability to work at heights up to 25 feet
• Willingness to work overtime with reasonable notice
• Experience with material handling equipment and RF scanners highly preferred
• Adherence to safety regulations and proper PPE usage
• Willingness to learn and rotate across warehouse areas
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• Maintains necessary licenses, training, and certifications
