• Sign On Bonus $1500 (paid out in 2 installments)

Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse, Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions activities within our warehouse.

The Warehouse, Worker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet breakdown, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Performs housekeeping duties to keep warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers clean and safe. Reports unsafe conditions immediately.
• Conducts daily safety checks on equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Performs damage control checks on received items and communicates with supervisors about removals.
• Replaces batteries requiring recharging and completes vehicle inspection checklists.
• Prepares for operations by reviewing work schedules and daily paperwork.
• Uses all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per guidelines.
• Secures equipment and completes paperwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift
• Ability to lift 10-35 pounds regularly, up to 60-90 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including forklift operation
• Experience in foodservice distribution industry
