Job Title: Warehouse Associate

As a warehouse associate, you will support the Warehouse in receiving, shipping, invoice processing, stocking, locating, picking, and distributing supplies, materials, and souvenirs from the warehouse and outside vendors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive, stock, locate, and distribute supplies, gifts, and souvenirs for the Park from outside vendors.
2. Process vendor invoices, including matching invoices to delivery receipts by verifying prices, taxes, and expense coding; match paperwork with purchase orders and receiving memos.
3. Unload stock from delivery trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other related equipment.
4. Complete periodic inventory of the Warehouse stock and assist with Park-wide inventories.
5. Deliver gifts, souvenirs, and other supplies stored in the Warehouse to Retail Stores, Food Locations, and Offices in the Park.
6. Use company inventory programs and other computer programs as required.
7. Support Park safety programs and adhere to policies and procedures.
8. Perform any other duties delegated by a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Lead.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and early or evening shifts as assigned.
• Physical and mental capacity to perform primary job duties, including sitting, standing, walking for long periods, and lifting up to 60 lbs with or without assistance.
• Ability to safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment after training.
• Friendly demeanor when greeting guests and team members.
• Ability to follow grooming guidelines of the Company and Park.
• Solid math skills for quick addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Computer data entry skills and basic knowledge of word processing.

Working Conditions

Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Lighting includes natural and artificial sources, including warehouse and stockroom areas. Equipment used includes radios, phones, cleaning tools, chemicals, pallet jacks, hand trucks, flatbed carts, box trucks, flatbed trucks, and forklifts (with training). Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 60 lbs. Work hours vary and include weekends, evenings, and holidays. The position involves close contact with Park Guests and Employees.

This is a seasonal position ending August 21st.
