Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Tampa to support distribution and receiving operations. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in temperature-extreme environments.

The successful candidate will participate in receiving, inspecting, and stocking products, while maintaining accurate inventories and following AVI policies. A strong work ethic and ability to multitask are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
