Position Overview:

Warehouse associates are essential to our success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain efficient product flow through our distribution process, ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support shipping and receiving functions within our warehouse.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing general warehouse duties such as forklift operations, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
• Conducting daily safety checks on equipment.
• Managing inventory and damage control on received items.
• Ensuring safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• Meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Completing necessary paperwork and securing equipment.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Experience with stand-up electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly, handling products weighing 10-90 pounds.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
