Job summary

Amarr Company, part of ASSA ABLOY, seeks a warehouse associate in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a physically demanding role with heavy lifting and a non-climate controlled environment. You will unload, inspect, stage, and deliver products while maintaining excellent customer service.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime possible and pay in the $20–$22/hour range, plus benefits. DOT compliance and valid driver’s license required, with 1+ year driving experience.

This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non- climate controlled environment. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in those conditions.

We are looking for someone who:

In this position you will :

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license , with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7:30 a- 4 p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $ 20-22 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications . Addition al compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
