Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a warehouse associate in Birmingham, AL. The role involves unloading and inspecting heavy product, loading for customers, and occasional deliveries in a 26' box truck. Candidates must be able to lift 50-75 lb, pass DOT requirements, and communicate in English.

In this position you will :

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license , with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7 a- 3 :30 p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $ 19-21 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications . Addition compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
