Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles across warehouse operations to support lodge teams and guest experiences in our mountain resorts. Responsibilities include receiving and distributing supplies, and delivering goods with mountain equipment while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr with full-time hours during the 2026/27 season. Roles require stamina, ability to work in adverse weather, and shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and

• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and delivering products to storage locations at mountain base restaurant locations.
• Deliver goods using a snowcat and other large equipment to on-mountain restaurant locations during non-operating hours.
• Remove trash, recycling and more using a snowcat and other large equipment to on-mountain restaurant locations during non-operating hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas in accordance with health codes and company guidelines.
• Complete physical tasks efficiently to pick, pack, and deliver goods.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards and assist other departments as needed.

Job Summary

The Warehouse is an integral part of Resort Operations responsible for receiving, distributing supplies, and removing waste for our lodge teams so that they can then deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds along with other high physical demands - required.
• Must be fluent in English - required.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions - required.
• Must be available to work days shifts (7am-3:30pm), nights shifts (4:30pm to1am), weekends and holidays. - required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions - required
• Satisfactory Driving Record

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
