Lead Recruiting & Operations Specialist at Suna Solutions

Entry-level, full-time, temp. warehouse role in the marine transportation industry that offers growth opportunities! In this role, you will be preparing customer orders in a timely fashion to meet quality standards and customer due dates, as well as meeting all labeling and packaging requirements set forth by the customer and work off of a work order list via excel. Schedule is 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet time service requirements by following daily work order list
Package, inspect, label and prepare orders for delivery/shipment on a daily basis
Unpackage inbound orders and inspect parts
Move shipments into holding areas and marks packages with Customer Info
Follows daily manufacturing work orders giving special attention to various materials.
Move jobs as needed based on customer orders/ship dates.
Assists shipping area with package procedures as requested
Reports on any quality concerns or discrepancies to management
Maintains tools and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner
Comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations

Qualifications

High School Diploma
6+ months of related experience
Ability to lift at least 75 pounds occasionally
Organization
Oral Communication Skills
Reading Skills – work off of customer drawings

Safety Requirements

Wear appropriate safety gear
No loose clothing, jewelry
Hair past collar must be tied
No earbuds with music or cell phone
Keep all walkways and common areas clear of debris and dry
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
