Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking energetic Warehouse Unloaders to join the Rogers, MN team. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves unloading freight, moving cargo safely, and supporting daily warehouse operations while contributing to a culture that promotes from within.

No prior warehouse experience is strictly required as training is provided; however, a strong work ethic and reliability are essential assets for success in this physically demanding environment.

• Repacking and preparing freight as needed.
• Auditing and verifying product counts.
• Assisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse.
• General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping.
• Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Capstone Logistics is looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Unloaders to join our team in Hickory, NC. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout their shift, and being part of a team that helps keep products moving through the supply chain.

No warehouse experience? That's okay. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Unloader, you will help unload and move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Include

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds regularly
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the shift
