Capstone Logistics is seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Unloaders to join our team in Norfolk, NE. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team that moves products through the supply chain.

No warehouse experience? We are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career. The position offers 3rd shift hours, weekly pay, and room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train motivated individuals for a career in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailers and containers.
• Sort and organize freight.
• Paletize products for storage and shipment.
• Repack and prepare freight as needed.
• Audit and verify product counts.
• Assist with freight handling throughout the warehouse.
• General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping.

3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - Finish / Sunday-Friday (off Saturday and another day during the week.)

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout their shift, and being part of a team that helps keep products moving through the supply chain.

No warehouse experience? That's okay. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Unloader, you will help unload and move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Include

• Unloading products from trailers and containers
• Sorting and organizing freight
• Palletizing products for storage and shipment
• Repacking and preparing freight as needed
• Auditing and verifying product counts
• Assisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse
• General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping
• Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds regularly
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the shift
