Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Unloaders to join our team in Hickory, NC. This fast-paced, hands-on role is for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and helping move products through the supply chain.

No warehouse experience is required, as we are willing to train motivated workers who are ready to commit and grow. You will unload and move freight, sort and palletize, and support daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
• Sort and organize freight.
• Palletize products for storage and shipment.
• Repack and prepare freight as needed.
• Audit and verify product counts.
• Assist with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping.
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Unloader, you will help unload and move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds regularly
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the shift
