Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking energetic Warehouse Unloaders for Essex Junction, VT. This fast-paced role offers weekly pay, paid training, and paths for promotion within a national leader in logistics.

We train motivated individuals with no required prior warehouse experience. You will unload, sort, palletize, and move freight while supporting efficient warehouse operations on a consistent schedule.

Pay & Schedule

$21 Hourly Paid Weekly

• Sunday - Thursday
• 5:00 PM - Finish ( 8 - 10 hour shifts )

Start a Career in Warehouse Operations

Capstone Logistics is looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Unloaders to join our team in Hickory, NC. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout their shift, and being part of a team that helps keep products moving through the supply chain.

No warehouse experience? That's okay. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Selector, you will help move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Include

• Sorting and organizing freight
• Palletizing products for storage and shipment
• Repacking and preparing freight as needed
• Auditing and verifying product counts
• Assisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse
• General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping
• Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the shift
