Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Phoenix is seeking a Warehouse Associate to build orders, load trucks, and safely move product for next-day delivery. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks and related equipment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role offers an hourly rate for the first 6 months of 27.87 with a night shift premium, rising to 30.97 after 6 months, with fast-track progression to the prevailing rate based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training (preferred).
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Safely and properly handle shipments and replenishment of product.
• Move product by safely operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, and other devices as needed.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Hourly rate for the first 6 months: $27.87 (90% of the prevailing rate + night shift premium)

Hourly rate after 6 month completion: $30.97

Fast track progression to 100% of the prevailing rate possible if the candidate has relevant experience per the CBA.

Job Description

• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred

Physical Demands of Job

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods

• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
