We are hiring for 1st and 3rd shifts, starting at 4am and 7am respectively.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, sometimes Saturdays.

Hourly Rate: $17.00.

Warehouse experience required. Must be able to speak/read English.

Job Overview

Responsible for selecting products from inventory, assembling, packing, and transporting to staging areas for shipment. Work involves in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse environments, maintaining productivity standards, and performing duties safely and accurately.

Responsibilities include

1. Following pick paths, selecting, labeling, and staging products.
2. Loading and unloading deliveries.
3. Recording item info in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
4. Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting shortages.
5. Stacking pallets properly to prevent damage.
6. Delivering pallets to loading areas and securing with shrink wrap.
7. Minimizing warehouse shrink and controlling inventory.
8. Keeping work areas clean and organized.
9. Reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
10. Operating material handling equipment safely.
11. Ensuring equipment maintenance and safety.
12. Using warehouse computers and equipment responsibly.
13. Complying with company policies and safety regulations.
14. Cross-training in other warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• No supervisory experience needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse experience a plus.
• Material handling and reach truck experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds frequently, up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Physical ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Exposed to moving equipment, cold environments, and loud noise. Must follow safety procedures and report hazards.

Work Hours

Full-time, with varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
