Job summary

Aerotek in New Albany, OH is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing distribution center. The role includes operating reach trucks and stand-up forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and picking, moving, and staging products within the warehouse.

You will use RF scanners to track inventory, support shipping and receiving, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. This contract-to-hire position is onsite with a stable schedule and team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Reach Truck and Stand-Up Forklift in a distribution center.
• Proficient with RF scanners and inventory processes.
• Prior distribution center/warehouse experience preferred

Forklift Operator: $23-25/hr

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing distribution center in New Albany, Ohio .

Schedule

Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) $23/hr

• Sunday - Tuesday

• Thursday - Saturday

• Work every other Wednesday

Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) $25/hr

• Sunday - Tuesday

• Thursday - Saturday

• Work every other Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments

• Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions

• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Experience operating a Reach Truck

• Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience

• Experience operating pallet jacks and order pickers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
