Manpower is seeking a dependable, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
2. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
3. Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
4. Keep a clean and safe working environment.
5. Report any discrepancies.
6. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
7. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements and Skills

1. Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
2. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
3. Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
4. High school degree.
5. Must have a car (the company is not on a train or bus line).
6. Location: West Haven, CT.
7. Pay Rate: $17/hour plus overtime.
