Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm

Location: E. Holmes Road, Memphis, TN 38118

General Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for accurately receiving, moving, storing, and shipping products to meet safety, security, and productivity standards. This role emphasizes product safety, quality, and legality.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately selecting products based on customer orders.
• Loading and unloading products onto/from delivery vehicles and pallets.
• Preparing products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and types.
• Performing picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Using RF terminals for various functions like picking, inventory, and shipping.
• Sorting packages by scanning, reading labels, and verifying numbers.
• Maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Keeping accurate inventory records and participating in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Checking products for accuracy and damages.
• Learning responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
• Labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and re-packing products.
• Operating warehouse and computer equipment if required.
• Performing duties safely and efficiently.
• Performing other assigned tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

Education/Experience:

• 0-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF devices is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Pay Range: $11.58 - $21.97 hourly
