Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm

Location: E. Holmes Road, Memphis, TN 38118

General Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity. This role ensures product safety, quality, and legality.

Responsibilities

1. Accurately select products according to customer order specifications.
2. Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
3. Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
4. Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
5. Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for functions like picking, quality control, inventory, and shipping.
6. Determine product destinations by scanning packages, reading labels, verifying numbers, and sorting packages accordingly.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and materials.
8. Keep accurate records and reports for inventory management.
9. Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
10. Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
11. Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas if necessary.
12. Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
13. Operate warehouse and computer equipment if required.
14. Work safely and efficiently.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team player attitude.
