We at Kelly are seeking Warehouse Associates to work in Louisville, KY.

This is a great opportunity for a career position for experienced warehouse associates.

SHIFT OPTIONS:

2nd shift - Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour

Temp to Hire

You will train on the first shift until July 14: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Associate?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming shipments
• Ensuring inbound shipments are received and registered correctly
• Authenticating received products
• Re-packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Shipping items out at the end of the day
• Performing general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods
• Achieving quality metrics and productivity goals daily

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and responsibilities
• Ability to work on your feet for several hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
