Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and move products to designated areas.
• Repackage, relabel, sort, and stage products for loading and shipment.
• Sort and place parts in racks or other designated storage locations.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Perform quality checks and remove damaged products upon receipt.
• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
