Now hiring for a Warehouse Equipment Operator

Location: Livonia, MI

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Second Shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience required.
• Previous experience as a material handler, warehouse associate, dock worker, shipping and receiving associate, or production worker preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

Job Duties

• Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures for handling materials and products.
• Support warehouse operations and complete additional projects as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Equipment Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
