Schaeffer Industries in Lindon, Utah, is hiring for an entry-level production role in our warehouse. You will operate production line machines, overhead cranes, and forklifts, help set up and monitor equipment, and support quality inspections to ensure our products meet specifications.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 am–5:00 pm), pay starting at $18.23 per hour plus a $1 attendance incentive, health benefits, paid time off, and a $1 pay raise after 3 months as we invest in your skills

Formación

• Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
• Must have proficient Math and Language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate overhead cranes and drive forklifts.

• Inspect products for accuracy and quality.
• Move materials.
• Organize the workplace, tools, and materials.
• Band bundles of steel product.

Job Duties:

As part of our team, you would be:

• Operating production line machines
• Operating overhead cranes and driving fork lifts
• Helping to set up and monitor the machines while running
• Inspecting products for accuracy and quality
• Helping to move materials
• Organizing the workplace, tools, and materials
• Banding bundles of steel product
• Cleaning up steel scraps and remnants
• Learning the valuable skill of maintaining equipment
• Maintaining the highest level of safety standards and practices
