Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring for a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Associate in Leetsdale, PA. You will prepare and pack products, verify quantities, inspect shipments, and complete shipping paperwork to keep production and shipping schedules on track.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, manufacturing or warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Forklift experience is a plus; cross-department collaboration and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Forklift experience or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack products for shipment using appropriate materials.
• Verify product quantities against packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Inspect outgoing products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Complete shipping paperwork and related documentation.
• Support production and shipping schedules.
• Assist with inventory activities and maintain accurate records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

• Starting Pay: $18.35/hr
• After 3 Months: $18.65/hr
• After 6 Months: $18.95/hr
• After 9 Months: $19.45/hr
• After 12 Months: $20.15/hr
