General Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity. This position ensures product safety, quality, and legality.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select products according to customer order specifications.
- Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
- Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
- Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for various functions including picking, quality control, inventory, and shipping.
- Determine product destinations by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and sorting accordingly.
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
- Keep accurate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Check products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
- Learn responsibilities, procedures, and duties of other warehouse areas if necessary.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
- Operate warehouse and computer equipment if responsible.
- Perform work safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology preferred.
- A strong sense of urgency and flexibility to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong teamwork skills.
