Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic team member for a part-time Warehouse Worker position in Lafayette, IN. This role includes handling distribution and receiving duties, receiving products, verifying quantities, and assembling orders for shipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
