Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Warehouse Worker, Part-time, to support distribution and receiving in our Cleveland area facility. The role runs Monday through Friday with a half-day Saturday schedule.

You will handle receiving, verification, order filling, stock upkeep, and inventory control. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and be able to work in temperature extremes while maintaining a fast pace and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in large food warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with temperature extremes and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving are done timely and orderly.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with AVI policies and procedures, including security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (e.g., cleanliness, safety or security).

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Warehouse Worker, Part-time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and 1/2 day Saturday.
