Job Overview

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Warehouse Worker. This dynamic role combines hands‑on warehouse operations with the opportunity to mentor and support program beneficiaries in their work therapy development. You'll help maintain an organized warehouse while making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Status: FT/40 hours

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
• Price merchandise according to guidelines
• Track production numbers and complete reports
• Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Donation Processing

• Assist donors with donation drop-offs
• Complete donation receipts accurately
• Collect and track donor information
• Process various types of donations including:
  • Clothing and accessories
  • Household items
  • Electronics
  • Furniture and antiques
  • Jewelry and collectibles

Equipment Operation

May be trained to operate:

• Baler
• Compactor
• Forklift
• Elevator
• Other warehouse equipment

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Warehouse experience beneficial
