Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Come be part of our team in a fast-paced environment dedicated to making the community a better place for all! This full-time position typically works Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Essential Functions:

• Promote and embody the Mission, Vision, and Values of Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND).
• Provide quality customer service to all customers, donors, and team members.
• Report regularly and punctually for scheduled work.
• Notify your supervisor promptly about any absences and their expected duration.
• Move materials between receiving, storage, shipping, and other designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks with merchandise and donated goods.
• Sort and organize materials according to established procedures.
• Label materials with appropriate identifying information.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.
• Perform baling operations for salvaged commodities as needed.
• Open bales, crates, and containers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work site according to standards.
• Perform facilities maintenance duties as assigned.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Meet productivity goals.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety rules, including proper lifting techniques and safety equipment use.
• Operate a forklift; training and certification will be provided.

Qualifications and Basic Requirements:

• Ability to work in environments with odors, dust, and temperature fluctuations.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, reach, and sit for extended periods; lift 50-60 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Knowledge of First Aid and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for driving on ESGWND business.
